These Rules for the Use of Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) have been developed by the Tamyr Platform Accelerator (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Tamyr Platform,” or the “Accelerator”) for the website tamyrplatform.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information” No. 418-V dated November 24, 2015.
The Rules regulate the procedure for using information posted on the Website, as well as materials provided by users, and define the rights and responsibilities of the parties.
1.1. These Rules establish the procedure for accessing, using, copying, and distributing information posted on the Website, as well as materials provided by users in the course of their interaction with the Accelerator.
1.2. These Rules apply to all users of the Website, including visitors, acceleration program participants, partners, and other individuals interacting with the Website.
1.3. Information refers to any textual, graphic, audio, video, or other materials posted on the Website, including program descriptions, news, articles, application forms, and user-generated content.
2.1. Publicly Available information
Information about the Accelerator, its programs, events, and services; news, articles, blogs, and other materials publicly available; content intended for public use that does not contain personal data or confidential information.
2.2. Restricted Access Information:
Users’ personal data provided through registration forms, applications, or other channels (governed by the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Rules); confidential materials such as business plans, financial data, or other documents submitted by users within the acceleration program.
2.3. User content:
Information provided by users (for example, applications, presentations) that may be used by the Accelerator in accordance with these Rules.
3.1. Publicly Available Information:
Users may freely view, copy, and distribute publicly available information from the Website, provided that the source (a link to tamyrplatform.com) is credited and copyright laws are respected. It is prohibited to modify publicly available information in a way that distorts its meaning or misleads third parties.
3.2. Restricted Access Information:
Access to restricted information is granted only to authorized persons (such as Accelerator staff, partners, or investors) with the user’s consent or in accordance with the law; users agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without the written consent of the Accelerator.
3.3. User Content:
By submitting materials (e.g., business plans, presentations), the user confirms that they hold all necessary rights for their use and transfer; the user grants the Accelerator a non-exclusive license to use the submitted materials for the purposes of processing applications, conducting programs, and presenting projects to partners or investors. The Accelerator undertakes not to use user content for purposes unrelated to its activities without the user’s consent.
Users must not:
4.1. Use information from the Website for purposes that violate the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2. Copy, distribute, or modify restricted information without permission.
4.3. Use automated tools to mass-collect data from the Website without the written consent of the Accelerator.
4.4. Post false, offensive, or rights-infringing information on the Website.
5.1. All materials posted on the Website (including texts, images, logos, and design) are the intellectual property of the Accelerator or third parties who have granted rights for their use.
5.2. Use of the Website materials is permitted only within the limits set by these Rules or with the written consent of the rights holder.
5.3. User content submitted through the Website remains the property of the user; however, the Accelerator has the right to use it in accordance with clause 3.3 of these Rules.
6.1. Accelerator Responsibility :
We are responsible for using the information in accordance with these Rules, the Terms of Use, and applicable law. The Accelerator is not responsible for any use of the information by third parties if the user has violated the Terms of Use.
6.2. User Responsibility:
The user is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided; the user agrees to compensate for any damages caused to the Accelerator or third parties as a result of violating these Rules.
6.3. Limitation of Liability:
The Accelerator is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of publicly available information, unless otherwise required by law. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of information from the Website, except as provided by law.
7.1. Users provide information through forms on the Website (for example, applications for program participation, feedback).
7.2. By providing information, the user confirms that:
The information is accurate and up-to-date; The user has the right to provide and share this information; The information does not violate the rights of third parties or any laws.
7.3. The Accelerator reserves the right to refuse processing of information if it does not comply with legal requirements or these Rules.
We may update this Policy in response to changes in legislation or our internal processes. All updates will be published on this page, including the effective date of the changes.
