These Rules for the Use of Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) have been developed by the Tamyr Platform team (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Tamyr Platform,” or the “Platform”) for the website tamyrplatform.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information” No. 418-V dated November 24, 2015. The Rules regulate the use of information published on the Website, as well as materials submitted by users, and define the rights and obligations of the parties.
1.1. These Rules regulate the procedure for accessing, using, copying, distributing, and protecting information published on the Website, as well as materials submitted by users during their interaction with Tamyr Platform.
1.2. These Rules apply to all users of the Website, including visitors and other persons interacting with the Website.
1.3. Information means any textual, graphic, audio, video, or other materials published on the Website, including program descriptions, news, articles, application forms, and user content.
2.1. Publicly Available Information:
Information about the Platform, its programs, events, and services; news, articles, blogs, and other materials available to the public; content intended for public use that does not contain personal data or confidential information.
2.2. Restricted Access Information:
Users’ personal data provided through registration forms, applications, or other communication channels, which is governed by the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Rules; confidential materials, including business plans, financial information, or other documents submitted by users as part of the programs.
2.3. User Content:
Information submitted by users, such as applications and presentations, which may be used by Tamyr Platform in accordance with these Rules.
3.1. Publicly Available Information:
Users may access, copy, and distribute publicly available information from the Website provided that the source is properly credited by including a reference to tamyrplatform.com and that copyright is respected. Publicly available information must not be modified in a way that distorts its meaning or misleads third parties.
3.2. Restricted Access Information:
Access to restricted access information is provided only to authorized persons, such as Tamyr Platform employees, partners, or investors, with the user’s consent or in accordance with applicable law. Persons who have obtained access to restricted access information must not disclose it to third parties without the written consent of Tamyr Platform or the user to whom the information belongs.
3.3. User Content:
By submitting materials, such as business plans and presentations, the user confirms and warrants that they hold all necessary rights, permissions, and authorisations for the use and transfer of such materials. The user grants Tamyr Platform a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the submitted materials solely for the purposes of reviewing and processing applications, delivering programmes, and presenting projects to partners or investors. Tamyr Platform undertakes not to use user content for purposes unrelated to the Platform’s activities without the user’s prior consent.
Users must not:
4.1. Use information from the Website for purposes that violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.2. Copy, distribute, or modify restricted access information without proper authorization.
4.3. Use automated tools to mass-collect data from the Website without the written consent of Tamyr Platform.
4.4. Publish false, offensive, or rights-infringing information through the Website.
5.1. All materials published on the Website, including texts, images, logos, and design elements, are owned by Tamyr Platform or are used by Tamyr Platform based on rights granted by third parties.
5.2. Use of Website materials is permitted only within the limits established by these Rules or with the written permission of the relevant rights holder.
5.3. User content submitted through the Website remains the property of the respective user. Tamyr Platform may use such content in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Rules.
6.1. Tamyr Platform Responsibilities:
The Platform undertakes to use information in accordance with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and applicable legislation. The Platform is not responsible for the use of information by third parties if access to such information was obtained as a result of the user’s actions or violation of these Rules.
6.2. User Responsibilities:
The user is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided and agrees to compensate for any damages caused to Tamyr Platform or third parties as a result of violating these Rules.
6.3. Limitation of Liability:
Tamyr Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information published on the Website but does not guarantee them in every individual case unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Platform shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of information published on the Website, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.1. Users may provide information through forms available on the Website, including application forms for participation in programs and feedback forms.
7.2. By submitting information, users confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date, does not violate the rights of third parties or applicable legislation, and that they have the right to provide and transfer such information.
7.3. Tamyr Platform reserves the right to refuse to process information if it does not comply with applicable law or these Rules.
We may update these Rules if there are changes in legislation or our processes. All amendments will be published on this page together with the date on which they take effect.
