
On October 7, Tamyr Platform 2025, the accelerator for social entrepreneurs from Central Asia, concluded in Almaty. Ten teams that made it to the final stage of the residency received grants totaling 66 million tenge.
The five-day intensive of Tamyr Platform 2025 focused on building sustainable social businesses. Among the speakers were TEDx speaker Zhanna Prashkevich, Nazgiz Shukenova, founder of the Batyrkhan Shukenov Foundation, and Aisalkyn Talasbekova, head of the investment department at the ololo company group. They led educational sessions on topics such as project values, working with MVPs, developing creative social initiatives, and pitching workshops.
Out of 549 applications submitted during the open call, only 26 projects were selected, and 10 of them made it to the final.

Telegram bot for early intervention for children aged 0 to 3. The bot aims to help parents identify possible developmental delays in their child early and take timely action.
Development of the only second-hand bookstore, Kitapashar, in Astana as a social and cultural space.


Employment support for mothers raising children alone, women who cannot work full-time due to caregiving duties, those without professional experience or education, and women with disabilities.
Creation of a training center for children with mental disabilities and their families. The project combines education in self-care, socialization, career guidance, and practical skills.
Development of Transforma Online Lab, an educational online platform for theater professions, based on the independent theater and production center Transforma.
A zero-waste store in Astana offering products by weight and on tap in reusable containers.
