With the support of Tamyr Platform, the ORLEU Development Center in Astana equipped specialized rooms for children and teenagers with mental disorders. The ORLEU project is one of the winners of the first accelerator wave.

The ORLEU team, led by founder Aizhan Mindzhasarova, purchased mirrors for the dance studio, a piano, speakers and microphones, a camera, a muffle furnace, pottery wheels, a food processor, and other equipment. This equipment was used to outfit the dance hall, pottery workshop, social and daily living skills room, and robotics classroom.

One of the grant allocations was dedicated to the professional development of team members. Two teachers from the training center received certification in ABA therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis), a scientifically grounded method of behavior intervention based on the principles of behaviorist psychology.

The center is also developing a website that will offer educational video courses for parents raising children with developmental differences.

The Tamyr Platform Accelerator 2025, organized by the EA Charity Fund, selected ten winning projects. Earlier, Tamyr Platform shared details about how the accelerator was conducted and which of the 26 participants received grant funding.
