Nurgiza Aimukhamedova from Kyrgyzstan, the winner of the Tamyr Platform Accelerator 2025, successfully completed the key preparatory tasks for her project, EarlyCheck Bot. The Telegram bot identifies alarming symptoms in children aged 0 to 3 and helps parents communicate more effectively with doctors.
EarlyCheck Bot operates in a chatbot format and helps conduct an initial screening based on key indicators of a child’s development. Parents answer a series of simple questions about their child’s behavior, speech, motor skills, and social development. Based on their responses, the system provides recommendations on whether they should consult a speech therapist, psychologist, or another specialist. This format makes the initial screening process more accessible and affordable, especially for families living in remote areas far from major cities.
In November, the team focused on the technical aspects of the project and developed a questionnaire covering seven areas of development for children aged 0 to 42 months. In addition, age-specific recommendations were prepared for parents to receive after completing the screening.
During the past month, the MVP version of the bot was tested on different devices with the participation of several users. In addition, the materials for the PDF reports generated after the screening were structured and finalized.
In December, the team scaled the chatbot architecture, making the system more flexible and preparing it for future growth. The developers fixed the errors identified during testing and finalized the service logic. In addition, they improved the chatbot’s performance and strengthened its resilience to an increasing number of users. The team also established the technical foundation for further scaling of the project and the addition of new features.
Nurgiza Aimukhamedova plans to expand the partner network and explore new promotional channels. The development team intends to establish a partnership with the mobile application Take Care Mom and promote EarlyCheck Bot through this platform. In addition, an agreement on informational support with a neurological clinic in Bishkek is planned.
