Finalist of the Tamyr Platform accelerator Nurzada Amangeldy won the Tatler Impact Awards in the Innovation category for the socially significant technological project SignBridge. The award was presented at Kazakhstan’s first Tatler Impact Ball, which was dedicated to initiatives that combine technology, impact, and social benefit.
The SignBridge project is an AI-powered platform designed to eliminate language barriers for people with hearing loss. The solution translates text and multimedia content into sign language using a 3D avatar. It is primarily oriented toward Kazakh Sign Language, with the ability to adapt to other sign languages in the future.
The award was received by the project’s co-founder, Nazerke Gazizova, on behalf of the team.

The founder of the project, Nurzada Amangeldy, is a researcher in the AI department at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana. The development of SignBridge is based on machine learning technologies and computer graphics and aims to increase access to digital services for people with hearing disabilities.
The Tatler Impact Awards have become part of a new format launched by Tatler Kazakhstan, highlighting leaders and projects with measurable social impact across the country. The award was presented at the first Tatler Impact Ball, a closed charity event that brought together representatives of business, culture, technology, and social initiatives.
