The Anti-Bullying Community project has developed a methodological manual on combating bullying in schools with grant support from Tamyr Platform and the EA Charity Fund. The manual is based on the team’s four years of practical experience and is intended to be a useful resource for parents and educators.

The manual Professional Reaction to Bullying: Analysis of Cases presents real-life school bullying cases that often go unnoticed and may result in a child becoming withdrawn or in situations escalating into physical violence. Nearly every case includes a critical moment that determines how the situation will develop.

The online guide was developed with the hands-on participation of professionals from Kazakhstan. It contains recommendations on how to distinguish bullying from conflict, how to talk to a child, and algorithms of action for families and schools.

Thanks to the support of Tamyr Platform and the EA Charity Fund, we were able to make our four years of experience in providing bullying-related consultations in Kazakhstan available to the public. The manual compiles practical experience and actions that have proven effective in real-life situations, — said Svetlana Bogatyryova, founder of the project.

The manual is available in Kazakh and Russian languages.

In 2026, the EA Charity Fund focused on advancing education and culture in Kazakhstan. More about the fund’s work, as well as another Tamyr Platform 2025 winner — the SignBridge project for the development of Kazakh Sign Language — can be found in a separate article.
